    Foshan is the world's largest ceramics production base, and Lecong — one of its biggest furniture markets — is 25 minutes from our door. Nanzhuang's tile kilns and Nanhai's aluminium window plants are closer still. No trade-fair markup, no middle layer.

    A chain, not a stall.

    Easyhome runs 399 stores across 30 Chinese provinces and has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2019. When one supplier misses a deadline, there are several hundred other doors we can knock on — and we do.

The showroom is the shop window. Behind it sits the workshop: thousands of plants across Foshan and the Pearl River Delta making tiles, joinery, lighting, sanitary ware and upholstery. When your specification is unusual — a size that isn't stocked, a finish that isn't shown, a hotel-grade contract spec — we go to the factory that makes it.

    Order a sample, or book a live video walkthrough and we'll film the actual unit on the floor.

    Inspect & consolidate

    Goods from different suppliers meet in one warehouse. Quantity, finish and packing checked, with photos at every stage.

  5. Day 25–30

    Load & ship

    We supervise loading, issue invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, then send you the container photos.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum to talk to us, and no minimum to buy from the showroom floors. Factory minimums vary by product — often one pallet for tiles, one set for joinery. If your volumes are small, we add them to a groupage container so you still ship.

How quickly can you quote?

A clear list gets an itemised quotation within 48 hours. A full bill of quantities for a villa or a hotel floor typically takes three to five working days, because we price it plant by plant rather than off a catalogue.

Which shipping terms do you work on?

FOB Foshan, Guangzhou or Shenzhen is standard. We also quote CIF to your port and EXW if you have your own agent in China. We'll work with your forwarder, or introduce you to one we've used for years.

Can you source products that aren't in the showroom?

Yes — that's most of what we do. Send a spec, a photo or a competitor's product and we'll match it from the Foshan and Pearl River Delta plants, then send samples or video before you commit.

Who checks the quality?

We do, before the balance is due. Every order gets a pre-shipment inspection with photographs and video of quantity, dimensions, finishes and packing. If something is wrong, it gets fixed or replaced before loading — not argued about after arrival.

What are the payment terms?

Usually 30% deposit with the balance before loading, by T/T. Letters of credit are accepted for larger project orders, and terms can be discussed once we've shipped together a few times.

Do you speak English?

The sourcing team works in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. WhatsApp messages are answered during business hours (GMT+8), and we'll schedule a call in your time zone if that's easier.

Can I visit the showroom?

Please do. We're open 10:00–20:00 daily, with three hours of free parking, fifteen minutes from central Guangzhou and about forty-five from Baiyun Airport. Send a date and we'll put an English-speaking host on the floor with you.
